The DPO Centre has provided Clinisupplies with outsourced DPO services since 2019. Following an initial audit, their DPO Centre DPO has worked to develop compliant data processing procedures and policies, particularly around retention and data sharing, and has assisted with the completion of complex Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), that included cloud hosting platforms. GDPR training has also been provided for all staff based in both the UK and India, helping to cultivate a great compliance ethos.
In addition, The DPO Centre recently conducted a re-audit to demonstrate the significant progress the organisation has made towards their compliance goals, as well as to highlight any new areas that require attention. This re-audit has enabled Clinisupplies to set new goals that factor in this progress, to help them continue to build on their already effective compliance framework.
